See the Calk Nutrition Report

Below are three pages from an example report. They appear in the same order as in the PDF: the overview, the maintenance calculation and the conclusion. Food names remain visible because the findings are based on recorded meals.

The month overview
#

The first page brings the main indicators together and states the most important observation.

The first page of a Calk Nutrition Report, showing maintenance calories, weight trend, macro ranges, vitamin and mineral coverage, food variety, and the main finding for the month.

Maintenance calories
#

Calk compares recorded intake with the weight trend. When the data is sufficient, the estimate includes an uncertainty range. When it is not, the report uses a formula-based value and labels it clearly.

The daily burn page, with a personal maintenance estimate, its uncertainty range, the formula estimate, and the balance between recorded intake and maintenance.
Example report · page 3 of 24 The estimate from personal records and the formula-based value appear together. Click to enlarge.

The conclusion
#

Near the end, the report lists what the records support, compares the month with the previous period and suggests one next step.

The verdict page, with the conclusion “Ease up,” the evidence behind it, a comparison with the previous period, and one next step.

How to read these figures
#

Key figures include notes explaining which days were used and what the data cannot establish. Maintenance is shown with uncertainty, while nutrient percentages remain references for the diary. Read more on the page about figures and limitations.
